Referrals

You do not need a referral to see a dietitian. Please go ahead and make a booking when you feel ready.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, you will not incur a cancellation fee. Appointments missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Medicare rebates

(CDMP)

Medicare rebate of $60.35 (as of 1st July 2024) per consult is available if you are eligible for a care plan.

  • Chronic disease management plan (CDMP): up to 5x allied health consults per calendar year. MBS Item number 93000 for telehealth.

Medicare rebate of $60.35 (as of 1st July 2024) per consult is available if you are eligible for a care plan.​

  • Eating disorder treatment plan (EDP): up to 20x dietitian consults over a 12 month period starting from the date of referral from your GP. MBS Item number 93074 for telehealth.

Private health insurance

You may be eligible for private health insurance rebates depending on your level of cover and extras. Please check with your private health insurance provider specifically for telehealth dietetic consults.
