Getting to know you
We will gather information prior and during your consult/s to get to know you, your nutrition goals and discuss how we can support you. Knowing what your nutrition goals are can help us better support you.

Additional information on your training frequency and intensity across the week will help inform nutrient timing to optimise training adaptations.

Time between consults provides the opportunity for you to put those nutrition strategies into practice and see how they work for you.
Dietary assessment
We will talk about your eating habits (past/present), food preferences, assess your current diet and provide nutrition strategies in collaboration with you in line with your nutrition goals.

We will also explore the nutrition strategies you have tried previously and how they have worked for you.
Review appointments
Review appointments are for us to review those nutrition strategies, what worked, what didn't and we will explore why and how we can adapt those to suit you better to achieve your goals.
