Service Description
This initial consult is about getting to know you and your goals and how nutrition can support you in achieving those goals. Medical, lifestyle and dietary information will be gathered to help form an initial assessment and plan. Depending on the individual, this process may be extended across review session(s).
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No changes can be made to your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice and a cancellation fee of 100% will be incurred. This includes no-shows on the day. We understand that life happens and concessions can be made in special circumstances with us offering another appointment.
